Checkomatic Membership (Primary and Spouse only) - $10.00 (USD) Bundle (up to 2 members) Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st No automatically recurring payments $10/month minimum recurring payments to a donation fund of your choice (excluding zakat). Must be set up with membership team. The sum of recurring donations in the current calendar year must meet $40 total by June 30th in order to be voting eligible.

Individual Membership - $25.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: December 15th No automatically recurring payments Individual membership only.

Lifetime Membership (Family - Primary and Spouse) - $1,500.00 (USD) Bundle (up to 2 members) Subscription period: Unlimited

Lifetime Membership (Individual) - $1,000.00 (USD) Subscription period: Unlimited Lifetime Membership for Individual only.
